faq

1. How do you design an event?
We meet with our clients to ascertain the objective of the event. We aim to understand the desired elements and ambiance. After studying these various elements, we visualize the completed event, and then deconstruct each element. A proposal is generated and the collaborative process begins.
2. What is an appropriate budget?

There are two approaches to budget. Either the client presents a budget range within which we must accomplish the event. Or we design the event based on the client's vision and review production costs after the fact. It is not uncommon for the client to massage the budget categories to "find" funding if our presentation presents valid needs and expenses. When the budget is confirmed, and the design proposal accepted, we proceed with production.
3. How do you charge for your services?

Your proposal will include charges for the specific items we produce or handle for your (floral, lighting, signage, etc). There will be an Event Labor Charge for production labor. Delivery, Installation and Removable charges cover the transportation of the décor to the event site, meticulous installation of all décor elements to perfection, and removal of these items after the event.
4. Will you fabricate and produce the Client's design?
Yes, we are often asked to implement our Client's design, and we are prepared and energized to bring the Client"s dream to reality.
5. Will my event be Original?

Every event at Dennis Warshal Arts & Events is a custom designed event. We never have, nor never will produce the same event twice. You can be assured that YOUR event will reflect YOUR goal and ideas, and yours, alone.
6. Do you Collaborate with other Designers?

On many occasions we have been part of a multi-talented, multi-designer, multi-managed event, with-in which we are selected to complete our element of the total event. We are turf friendly, and enjoy working with other talented and experienced providers
